Project Brief

Kanhasoft partnered with a leading mid-sized manufacturing company in USA to design and develop a comprehensive, web-based Production and Logistics ERP solution. The platform was built to streamline production planning, inventory tracking, procurement, and logistics operations across multiple plants and warehouses.

The system functions as a centralized ERP that integrates Production Management, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics into a single intuitive platform. By replacing siloed tools and manual processes, the ERP helped the client achieve end-to-end visibility, real-time reporting, and operational efficiency.

The goal was to build a scalable ERP that would allow Admins to manage configurations, production managers to handle BOMs and work orders, warehouse staff to track stock and transfers, procurement teams to manage suppliers, and logistics teams to plan and monitor shipments—all within a secure, role-based system.

This project not only digitized traditional production and logistics workflows but also introduced a modular architecture, batch/serial tracking, and advanced reporting dashboards that empower decision-makers with accurate insights.
