Project Brief
Kanhasoft partnered with a client to design and develop a comprehensive, web-based caregiver recruitment marketplace tailored to the unique demands of the home care industry in USA. The platform is a multi-role system built to streamline the recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance management of caregivers (nurses, home aides, CNAs) by agencies and private employers alike.
The system functions as a centralized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) combined with features from Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-signature workflows, job board aggregators, and candidate relationship management tools—all within a single, intuitive interface.
The goal was to build an end-to-end digital ecosystem where Admins (platform owners) could manage agencies, caregivers, and job postings on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, etc.; Agencies could manage recruitment workflows; Caregivers could apply, train, and onboard; and Private Employers could post one-time care jobs.
This project not only digitized the traditional caregiver recruitment model but also introduced an intelligent, scalable architecture prepared for future enhancements like premium training modules, advanced reporting, and AI-powered caregiver recommendations. It bridges the gap between job seekers and care providers in a highly structured, secure, and user-friendly environment.
